Veteran’s Day

Today is Veteran’s Day. The day set aside for all of us Americans to remember our armed services people and the service they give and have given to all of us. All of the wars and police actions they have served in. Their service has made and keeps us free to live life here and in the world.

My husband Les served his country for seven years and he spent a year in Vietnam. He came back with a bronze star with oak leaf clusters and I am so proud of him and his service to our country!

Today we were able to cut wood, eat good food, sit and watch tv, visit with friends and have the kind of life we enjoy. All because of the service of Veterans . Words can not express what is owed and appreciated. But simply THANK YOU one and all for your service.
