Fencing the Farm

Today Les and I worked on fencing for our sheep. The grass is growing and so pretty and green! The sheep look  so longingly at it that WE could not stand it any longer. They now have about an acre of fresh green grass to munch on and enjoy. While we work on the rest of the fencing.

The puppies have a fence of sorts up to help guide them in the back yard. After the last litter’s love of strolling down the driveway I did not want this bunch of smart English Shepherds to start that trick! Man are they smart! And not afraid of anything! Climbers too! All ready on the porch and getting into the chairs! Amarillo is weaning them and playing with them.It is so much fun to watch. She bows and gets the puppies to chase after her then does patterns. All of the dogs are very good with the puppies with Drover being the best, even Montanna still very regal like but is kind to them. Abilene said she had just “done her time” and  I tell her to get on away if she does not want to play.

Tonight the puppies are sleeping good and the sheep are happy the ducks are a laying eggs and the farm is quiet and at peace.
