I built my first fire in the wood stove last night! It was so easy! All my wood is very dry and handy! It was very comfortable all night and then this morning I started it back up!
It is very cool and wet out side! A good day for ducks! As Grandma use to say….
I am so thankful for our good wood stove and that wonderful flue Les built for it last year! He built the flue all by himself. Toted all those flue block and the liners up the ladder by himself! It was a job! Boy how nice that fire feels now!
Is there anything that feels better than a wood fire on a cold day?
I love this cooler weather! Now I can get some work done!
