On Wednesday Jan Masters and Dakota (Abilene/Dallas puppy) arrived up from Florida to start their “Working Vacation”.
We started the day early and worked late! We had such a great time! It seemed like playing instead of real work. But moving cleaning , attaching wire onto fence posts, driving 60 tent stakes, moving and gathering the things we needed for the Clinic , Gathering and Trial were all real work! I am sure Jan’s feet could testify as could my back!
We managed lunch, and a trip to Asheboro (my last for the next five days!)
About 6:00 PM Jan and Dakota headed to their motel room and I looked at the shop and thought I got to get started in there NOW! I worked in the shop moving, sweeping, straightening etc until 12:30 AM and then had a hot bath and fell into my bed!
I knew it was going to be all right but barely! Little did I know!!!
