Getting ready for cold weather. Cleaning stalls for horses and sheep! Adding shavings . Fixing water and feed buckets. Moving hay into the barn from the hay shed. Cleaning, straightening the things one just throws back.
The horses and sheep are in pretty good shape now. I am ready for the bad weather.
Tonight the sheep are in the barn for the first time since they arrived over a year ago.
I went to bring them up across the field (NO FENCES!) to hold them on the right path. Drover and I were going to walk them up with the feed bucket as encouragement…Guess what! They are Gator Broke!!!! That’s right they followed the gator up like the dogs do! Drover just rode on the back and kept watch! How about that!
I am amazed!
