MY, MY, MY!!!!!!!!!

What Puppies!!!!!!!!!!!
I really do not know where to start!
I pulled some muscles in my back last week (loading a round bale of hay on the Gator trailer) and have whined and limped around all week! And is the reason I have not posted.  I (could not sit!) or walk or stand or lay down! Yeah I was miserable. Woke up this morning much better!
But what did I wake up to?
I have an X pen under the shed next to the house and the puppies crate is in it. Abilene and the puppies have spent the last 3 nights in the pen and they sleep in the crate (without Abilene). She sleeps with her tummy to the ground! She is weaning the puppies….
Anyway, the puppies LOVE being out! And I mean out in the yard running playing climbing going up and down the bank (up it slowly and Zooming down it) They explore the top of the hill, under the Tack Room, My Porch side and back. Yes they climb the steps.
The other day 2 of the puppies followed me into the house!!!!!!
I have a climber! One of the puppies does not stay in the 32 inch high X pen…It climbs out by itself and plays where it pleases! Then cries when it wants back in!
At 6:00 AM today I was out to check on the puppies, and there it was ! It promptly followed me into the house to get the puppies food! Oh and it loved coming inside and sitting with me at the wood stove! What an explorer!
The children came by and the new photos show our afternoon of puppy play on the hill.
These puppies love people and the attention they receive!
I have yet to see them afraid of anything. I am all ways making noises, and exposing them to things.
So far, the gator, lawn mower, both with and without a trailer, Les’ big truck, my pickup, friends driving up, 6 loud English Shepherd’s barking and running and playing chasing whatever ?, sheep, children, strange people, radio playing, I drop plastic milk jugs on the floor (empty of course) and in general try to expose them to everything possible here! Still no ducks! My back stopped that this week…
They are solid!
They are easily taught to leave my pants legs and shoes alone, and so far they have not been ankle bitters (Yet!)
I expect this afternoon I will have to put the puppies back in their whelping room. It is suppose to get real cold here tonight, with the temps falling after lunch. Right now it is not that bad outside.

I suspect the puppies would be very happy on my porch with the big dogs. Speaking of which…

Abilene, Montanna, Drover, Lass (aka Sandy) are all fine with the puppies. Lass even allows them to hang onto her tail and play! You have seen the Drover photos he is amazing, as is Abilene! Even Montanaa finds them quite little charmers! But Amarillo who they think could be their Mother and thus have dinner buckets she stays up and out of their way! As does BOO!  BOO is quite the comical one…Imagine a person from the city never been to the country and experiencing the smells  of a farm and then stepping into one of the smells! THAT is what BOO’s expression looks like when the puppies get around her! It is hilarious to watch her!
Well, more latter! If my back stays okay!
