Kinda Sad, But …

I get asked all the time “How could I let my puppies go?” Well I can not keep them all that is for sure… But I want other folk to have and love this special breed and enjoy them like I do…that helps, and I know that all my puppies end up in good homes. So…

But today …It was hard…I had 3 puppies of the Amarillo/Drover litter leave at one time… Roper, Wrangler, and Chavez (now Acea) What a cool new name! and it fits! the other two will keep their names! Two were headed to Mass. and one to New York. I KNOW they are going to wonderful homes like all the others! But…They are all such good puppies! So sweet and loving and so much like their parents…

Russ and Lori picked the puppies up and have so graciously offered to meet the new owners from Mass. in New York. Saving the folk hours and hours of driving!

Russ and Lori brought me the most wonderful statue of a dog (looks like and English Shepherd! And a collar for Amarillo! It is red bandanna colored. But Drover had a new PINK collar and I have switched the two so now Amarillo has the pink one and Drover is sporting the new red one! Ah, the universe is happy! No more pink on the Boy!!!

Just so you know (Everyone) Had complained!!!

Well now I have FOUR BOYS! And they are looking for their forever homes! I will be posting more this week about them! 3 are tri colored and 1 is black and tan.

I thought Russ and Lori were coming in the morning, so I was not careful what the puppies were doing. Course they were in the pond this afternoon. All of them wet to the skin! And that is how they were when their ride arrived! They smelled like pond water and fish! What a bunch of puppies!

I am happy my puppies have such good homes…But kinda hard to see them leave too! Soon they will be all settled in and doing what I raised them to do! Be good dogs and bring happiness and love and cheer to their new families!  It is all good!
