So much has been going on!
Thursday night the Old COPPERHEAD from the Spring , that bit 3 of my dogs came back! He got Montanna (bad) and first, then the Pup! Knot head!, Drover big muzzle! and Poor Amarillo one eyed! Yes FOUR dogs were bitten! Abilene the only one in the fight that did not get bitten.BOO if you remember was bitten badly in the spring. She was nowhere near the action till the the thing was killed by Ablenen, Amarillo and Drover!
He was smart! Laying beside the barn wall protected . Only exposing his head! But in the end he was no match for 3 really mad snake killing dogs! They tore him into two pices with one big jerk!
Someone said why did you not kill him? It was dark and I could not get close enough with the hoe! Thank Goodness! It took the dogs 2 and 1/2 hours to get the job completed!
We are putting up gates ! Getting ready for the AHBA Trial and the NC English Shepherd Gathering.
We went to a AHBA Trial last weekend and I will post about that tomorrow night!
