After a really wonderful REAL RAIN yesterday….Today was bright and sun shinning! A cold breeze was out of the north west and it was plenty cold.
Ernie and Artie arrived to practice their sheep work one more time before their AKC Herding Trial in Georgia this weekend.
They did very well and should have no problem in their trial!
Drover did some gathering and sheep sorting. Then we did away and come bye and lie down.
We also did some driving work on the long line with the fetchy sheep. And Yes! Larry Painter is correct! They are the sheep to drive! We have finally hit on something that really works!
Tomorrow Montanna has an appointment at the Beauty Box for a hair trim and bath.
Then Drover and I plan to drive sheep some more.
Ms. Timber is learning to lead on a leash again.
BOO is on probation ..
Abilene is minding, as is Amarillo!!! I will have peace and control at my house!
Managing 6 dogs is no easy task and takes much work.
