As I watched the sun set this evening over the mountains…The trees are leafing out green and beautiful. The sun was shinning golden and breath taking. The air was cool and a bit breezy. But in all a real Springtime evening.
The birds were singing. The sheep quietly grazing with their bells tinkling softly on the breeze.
What a beautiful day this has been.
We went to church and we had an amazing sermon…then to lunch with our new church family.
Les and Bob played golf.
We all spent the afternoon herding sheep.
The green grass is growing…the sheep are fat and happy…The lambs are doing good.
The dogs: Reina, Elvis, Montanna, KAT Ballou, Rumor (aka Scooter) were happy happy dogs spending the afternoon with their humans…WOW! What a way to spend the afternoon…
All the dogs did great! Montanna has lost most of her eyesight…Sadly…I had thought she was getting senile. but now I realize it is the loss of eyesight ! She has lost a lot of weight and needed to! She is moving better…but I realized yesterday, she did not see the sheep!
We had much progress with our herding today!
It was a beautiful day and a wonderful afternoon spent with good friends, great dogs and we are looking forward to doing this again very soon!
