Five Years ago I chose a puppy out of a litter for a friend…I had high hopes for this girl. She has Not disappointed me!
I co own her with Laree Shulman. But she has resided with Laree since she was weaned!
I have watched her grow into a good , smart, beautiful, biddable English Shepherd! A real good farm dog that loves her family (and still loves me) 🙂
Today I picked her up…she will be staying with me for the next 5 months. I hope Drover will breed her in the next few days!
The plan is for Scout to stay here during the breeding, pregnancy and delivery of the puppies until she weans them!
This cross should produce good working, faithful, biddable, English Shepherds.
Like BOO …Scout’s full sister …she carries the most Helms line blood of any English Shepherd I know of today! The Helms dogs are a true old NC line that were know for their biddable spirits, ability to work stock, toughness, honesty, and for being good all round English Shepherds…
I look forward to these puppies. This will be Scouts 1st litter with Drover. They will be tri colored and dark shaded sables.
The litter will be farm raised here!
Both parents are working farm dogs.
