I personally do not consider this weather a simple country pleasure! And I am most pleased this is typical January and February weather in North Carolina… But thanks to global warming not such a problem anymore! When I was a girl this was typical winter weather! ALL Winter!
KAT and Drover are in the basement…Tallie, Journey and Whisper are on carport in their warm crates covered up and their body heat is keeping them snug! and Warm!
The sheep have a wind break and 3 round bales of hay, horses are in barn and all is well…
The wind is blowing hard and most unpleasant !

The snow makes it light outside…so odd….
It is like having a bright flash light (No moon in view) out side I can see fairly clear.
Cold weather has never been a love of mine…I just like more moderate temps…
