Today We were suppose to go over to Burlington and work Drover at Findley Vue Farm. But yesterday Les and I both got way over heated and felt terrible today! I so hoped it would pass but alas it did not! We both were weak and tired! We are just not use to this heat! Yet!
I cleaned and decorated my porch instead and it looks pretty good! But it took all day!
Tonight we had a shower of rain and if this will keep up with the cool nights the grass will take of growing in the pasture and our hay will be nice for a fall cutting! Cross your fingers and do some praying!
I emailed all my puppy owners that I thought might have been in the way of the storm “Irene” and all seem to be fine. Some are still without power!
I rescheduled my Burlington trip to next Tuesday! Then on Saturday and Sunday we will trial there as well!
