YES!!!! We went camping this weekend!!!! Les, and Kay and Montanna and I (Drover)!!! OH, and Tuff and Goodnight!
We took off Friday afternoon for Uwharrie National Forrest!
Saturday we went on the trails! Montanna and I went together for a mile! The most she has done in a long time. I could tell Montanna was loving it, but about 3/4ths the way she was getting pretty tired! So we took her back to camp and the rest of us went for a long ride!
I encountered some BAD DOGS on the way back, (7 I think)!!! Kay and Les and the folk riding with them protected me, and I did not get hurt , but boy was it scary! Kay jumped off Tuff and called me to her, but I have to confess it was hard to hear her and BELIEVE that she coluld handle thoes dogs! But she did! I was worried…
Other than that we had a great ride and a nice time with some new folk Les and Kay met!
Tomorrow we move sheep fence!
