I have been very busy with the sheep and the puppies!
I have 10 Lambs so far and 10 Ewes left to lamb. I am guessing over the next 15 days!
Last night I had to help the ewe deliver. The lamb was huge! She would have been in trouble for sure without me.
The puppies are AMAZING! I could watch them and the lambs forever! The puppies are so interested as you can see from my photos. (previous post) The pups watch and interact with the lambs. I am all ways care about Mommas!
Timber has the makings of a fine farm/herding dog and is learning quickly now. She is a nice quiet helper!
Yesterday one of the pups bit a ewe on the nose when she came over to boss them! Good Job Pup! The ewe backed away!
