Sitting in my swing this evening the birds are happy singing “Oh Springtime!” The wind softly moving, and the air fresh from the recent rain smells heavenly. The crickets and frogs have woke up from their winter’s nap…and they join in the chorus!
Peaceful, beautiful and wonderful as the sun sets…I know all is alright for God truly loves us and cares for us…
The dogs are at my feet the puppies playing happily. One of the older dogs… in the swing with me…they covet that spot beside me.
We had a great day in the field and pens working dogs and I am happily tired. Soon I will fix a bite of supper for Les and myself, and we will watch the evening news…
Always a pound cake and fresh flowers to go with dogs and sunsets at Maple Grove Farm!
