I was so encouraged to see so many English Shepherds at an AHBA Trial this weekend in Pittsboro, NC!!!
(Kinda like the The NC ES Gathering Friday Herding Clinic where we had 20 English Shepherds! )
Anyway TODAY there were 5 English Shepherds total! (I believe)
Three were trialing in HTAD (Herding Trial Arena Dog) Level I ….1 in level II and 1 in Level III …
All did a great job! ALL Worked hard!
BOO was at her first trial away from home and was in HTAD Level I Saturday and Sunday. She obtained her Title HTAD Level I (sheep) by passing Both Days! 🙂
Drover was in HTAD Level III sheep Saturday and Sunday and our driving still needs work! we did not pass yet but we did not quit trying either! (Imagine that) BUT we did HTAD Level III Ducks and Passed that first leg today! (Maybe I should have entered ducks Saturday too!)
I am so pleased to see so many English Shepherds out at the AHBA Trial!
All were great dogs doing great work! Scores do not all ways reflect what the dog and person are actually able to do!
I am so proud of the English Shepherds that worked this weekend! Way to go ! You all keep up the good work!
